Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the BudgetUp mobile application ("App") developed by Ralph Ordanza. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the App.

General Terms

1.1 The BudgetUp mobile app ("App") is designed to help users manage their personal finances efficiently. The App provides various features and functionalities to assist users in budgeting and tracking their expenses.

1.2 The App is developed and owned by Ralph Ordanza ("Developer").

1.3 The App is available for download and use on iOS and Android devices.

In-App Purchases

2.1 The App may offer additional features, content, or services through in-app purchases. These in-app purchases may require payment and are subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the respective app stores (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store).

2.2 The available in-app purchases include:

• Monthly Auto-Renewing Subscription: Users have the option to subscribe to a monthly plan, which automatically renews every month until canceled by the user. This subscription grants users access to all premium features and content within the app for the duration of their subscription.
• Yearly Auto-Renewing Subscription: Users have the option to subscribe to a yearly plan, which automatically renews every year until canceled by the user. This subscription grants users access to all premium features and content within the app for the duration of their subscription.
• Lifetime Access: Users have the option to purchase a lifetime offer that grants them access to all premium features and content within the app indefinitely.

2.3 By making an in-app purchase, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the payment terms and conditions imposed by the app store, as well as any additional terms and conditions specified within the App.

2.4 The Developer is not responsible for any charges, fees, or transactions related to in-app purchases made through third-party app stores. Any concerns or issues regarding payments should be directed to the respective app store's support team.

Data Privacy and Security

3.1 The App does not save any user data on external servers. All user data, including personal financial information, is locally saved on the user's device in a local database.

3.2 The Developer takes reasonable measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of user data within the App. However, it is important to note that no method of data transmission or storage is 100% secure, and the Developer cannot guarantee absolute security of user data.

3.3 The Developer does not collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information or financial data without the explicit consent of the user.

4.1 The App is intended for personal use only. You agree not to use the App for any unauthorized or illegal purposes.
